METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept many forms of payment for your new laptop case. We utilize either PayPal or Google Checkout (your choice), for the processing of American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA payments. This keeps your information secure and away from prying eyes. Your credit card numbers are never sent directly to us when you choose to use their secure checkout systems. Remember, with PayPal you are NOT required to have a PayPal account to use their checkout.

You can also call your payment in to us, after making your purchase, as well. Choose the "personal check" option on checkout and then call our toll free customer support line at 1-877-951-9100. You can use any check card bearing the VISA or MasterCard logo. We also accept American Express and Discover credit cards by this method. Simply reference your order number to complete your payment with one of our helpful customer service representatives.

All billing is done under our parent company, "Manage My Printing." This is the name that will shown on your credit card statement.

We accept money orders and personal checks, as well. Complete the checkout process and you will be given instructions for where to send your payment by mail. Returned checks will incur a $25.00 return check fee. Non-payment of a returned check will result in additional legal action.

SALES TAX
Sales tax of 7% is charged for all sales within the state of Florida. There is no sales tax outside of the state of Florida.

RETURN POLICY
We want you to LOVE our bags as much as we do! If you are not happy your purchase for any reason, we will gladly exchange it, replace it, or issue a refund. For refunds, we must be contacted within 30 (thirty) days after the purchase date. For any returns, a RMA# is required. To obtain a RMA# email us at orders@managemyprinting.com with the following information:

1. Date of purchase
2. Order number
3. First and last name
4. Mailing address where it was sent
5. Merchandise returning
6. Specify refund or exchange
7. Reason for return
8. If an exchange, specify item you wish to exchange it for

If there is a difference in price between the two items, the difference will either be refunded (if new item costs less) or a new bill will be sent with the difference due before shipping exchange (if new item costs more).

Return for Refund:
Refund request must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase date. Merchandise must have been purchased from us directly. All accessories and original tags must be returned with merchandise, refunds will not be granted if any accessories are missing. Items must be in NEW condition to be accepted back for a refund or exchange. If the original tags are no longer available a 25% restocking fee will be assessed. RMA numbers issued for refunds are valid for 10 days and are non-renewable. Please allow 2-3 weeks before the refund amount to appear on your statement. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

PRIVACY POLICY
We NEVER share information about you with ANYONE. Our mission is to sell the finest briefcase and computer bags, not our customers private information. We pledge that all transactions that you make with us will be 100% private, safe, and secure at all times.
